When are your classes and where?

Classes are conducted at the Soul Space studio. You can find the location on the 'Contact' page. The dates and times for sessions vary and can easily be booked by contacting Soul Space through our socials or Email, although contact through Instagram or Whatsapp is preferred. You can receive information about the programs we are conducting at the time, and the schedules we are following on Soul Space's social media pages.

I have anxiety and depression. Will Yoga Help?

Yes, Yoga activates the para sympathetic nervous system. It works by soothing an overactive nervous system, relaxing both the mind and the body.

I’m a beginner; is that ok?

Yes, classes cater to beginner as well as intermediate levels

Can I do a free trial class?

Sorry there are no free trial classes. You can take the per class fee option.
( Taking one class depends on space availability)

 Can I lose weight through these classes?

 80% of your fat loss depends on what you eat. The rest 20% depends on any form of exercise you choose to practice. 
The aim of yoga is to de-stress your mind and body which in turn automatically affects sleep, eating habits & therefore fat loss too.
